The Seminar room

Lopdell House Gallery has a versatile 30-40 seat seminar room available for hire on the first floor of Lopdell House. The room is most commonly used for business meetings, community events and small gatherings.

The floor area is approximately 40m2 and there is a well equipped kitchen attached. Prices include chairs, tables, a whiteboard, TV and DVD player. Additional audio visual equipment is available for hire.

Booking rates

Full day - $160

Half day/evening - $80

Community rates

Full day - $100

Half day/evening - $50

All rates are inclusive of GST.
